Experienced Night Team Leader

Shifts are 19:00pm-07:00am

Below are some of the criteria needed to commence the role

  • Work collaboratively with the Care Manager, and other Team Leader
  • Administer medication and have a good knowledge of medication management
  • Applicant will be part of the emergency out of hours on call system
  • Run and organise the shift
  • Liaise with GP's, DN's and other outside professionals
  • Committed to training and development of themselves
  • Successful applicants will be qualified to at least NVQ level 2/3 or working towards, and will have demonstrated the ability to lead a team of Carers to provide the best possible care and support to our muchloved residents
  • Caring, flexible and hardworking individuals who enjoy being part of a team.
  • Individual electronic care plans and will have experience of this.
  • Here's some other important things you need to know:
  • You will undertake formal supervisions of junior staff and must have experience of this
  • You must be alert at all times to our residents' physical and mental well being
  • You'll need to understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements that are relevant such as Health and Safety, COSHH, and all aspects of the care Standards Act

Experience:

- providing care: 1 year (preferred)

  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)
