Job Title: Offshore Wind Construction Package Manager

The role holder will oversee Construction Services package management. They will contribute insights to projects based on their extensive experience in offshore wind execution projects.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, take ownership within their designated scope, and proactively develop the necessary skills to handle more responsibilities.
Your top priority will always be safety, and we expect you to set a great example when it comes to safety in all your tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- The role will encompass providing senior technical construction support and formulating strategies for wind farm projects in development, along with strengthening the Construction Services package management processes
- Offer input to Construction Services package management on a global scale and provide technical guidance on procedures
- Champion safety and, together with the team, ensure that all personnel return safely home after a day's work
- Review project construction services schedules to inform Construction Strategies
- Assess wind farm construction assumptions for the execution phase
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the project and implement best practices from other projects
- Create informative notes and presentations for internal/external collaborators to update on project status, future strategies, and key decisions
- Establish models and templates for the Construction Services package management department to enhance cross-portfolio collaboration
Key Requirements:
You should hold an Engineering degree or equivalent, with preference given to Chartered or Licensed Professional Engineers. Relevant offshore wind experience is essential. The ideal candidate should have:
- Demonstrated experience in offshore wind projects within Construction Services, including emergency response and crisis management plans, wind farm commissioning, operation, logistics, and civil work construction
- Thorough technical knowledge of offshore wind Construction Services packages and considerable experience collaborating with multi-discipline site teams during construction and commissioning
- Abilities for handling technical tasks, acquiring more skills, and taking on increased responsibilities
- Previous experience showing creative and proactive approaches to resolving engineering and procurement-related challenges
- Capability to work effectively within a team, showing collaborative, cooperative, flexible, and respectful characteristics
