Job Description:

This role involves assisting in the day to day running of a busy lettings sales department for a Independent Estate Agents in Normanton Derby.

You will be working as part of the Sale & Lettings Department team assisting with the management of properties.

This administrative job is busy and varied, but key responsibilities will include:
Handling both telephone and face to face calls and enquiries from tenants and landlords

  • Carrying out referencing on potential tenants
  • Setting up property files and processing paperwork
  • Renewals of tenancy agreements and invoicing
  • Visiting properties to conduct rental inspections
  • Using lettings computer software
  • Coordinating the Move In process once a tenant has secured a property
  • Handling property maintenance issues and coordinating major repair works and gas safety checks
  • Handling landlord rental payments

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary:
£10.50-£12.00 per hour
