Deal efficiently with any customer queries that may arise during the key collection process, ensuring customers receive outstanding service.
Demonstrate a professional and can do attitude towards customers that are collecting their new vehicles, as well as during after sales bookings.
Duties/Responsibilites
- Complete key collection process whilst adhering to the Cargiant script
- Escort customers to their new vehicles; addressing any queries that they might have in a polite and professional manner
- Deal with vehicle keys in a responsible manner, ensuring all keys are kept in the correct locations
- Conduct vehicle movements in the customer service area
- Deal with After Sales bookings, ensuring all faults are recorded on the booking forms. Pass on any additional concerns highlighted by the customers to the After Sales Controller
- Perform weekly stock checks to ensure vehicle status and systems are accurate
- Deliver vehicles to customer's address as and when required by Management
- Prepare all vehicles prior to customer collection, this includes removing windscreen stickers and cleaning the vehicles ensuring high quality is achieved
- Undertaking any other ad hoc tasks as requested by Management Senior staff
- Carrying out final quality control checks using an Ipad ensuring all vehicles are ready for collection
Health Saftey Responsibilites
- It is each employee's responsibility to ensure that the environment in which they work in is safe for them and others.
- This includes reporting all accidents to management.
- Reporting any potential issues which could cause harm.
- Behave in a manner which acts in line with the standards set out in the Health and Safety Manual and Company Handbook.
