- Demonstrated expertise in bookkeeping
- Proficient in Debits & Credits
- Previous experience in posting Journals & Adjustments
- Skilled in the preparation of Trial Balance
- Basic knowledge of Sage 50
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in generating financial statements is advantageous
- Background in property, construction, or client management within these sectors is preferred
- Positive mindset, self-driven, and able to take initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Maintain Sage Line 50 accounting system
- Validate supplier invoices for accuracy
- Reconcile Bank, loan accounts, Credit cards, and petty cash
- Reconcile intercompany accounts
- Update repayment, creditors, and debtors accounts
- Handle Journal entries
- Prepare Cost reports
- Generate JV Statements
- Update Rental Schedules
- Provide Audit Support during Year-ends
- Prepare Management Accounts
- Perform Ad-hoc Tasks as needed
