Reed is delighted to be working with a prestigious client who is looking to recruit for an experienced with proven track of working within the sector as a Purchase ledger and Procurement Lead to work within a team with a career opportunity to progress.

It vitalfor the client to hire someone who will commit to the role and has previous lead role experience. The role is based in Altrincham with great public transport access and parking availability.
hours per week - Monday to Friday

Requirements and what to expect

  • Lead the purchasing function to provide the transactional service relating to purchase ledger always ensuring a high standard of performance.
  • Ensure that the purchase ledger is reconciled each month as part of the internal controls of the organisation.
  • Working with other teams within the Corporation to ensure that the ordering process, achieve value for money and invoices are matched accordingly and correctly
  • Ideally you will have experience in all parts of the purchasing process
  • Ability to provide a customer focussed service to all members within the company
  • Willingness to learn and assist multiple campuses
