About Our Sales Team:

Medallia Sales brings an exceptional approach to Operational Customer Experience Management to various industries, including Financial Services, B2B, Telecom, Retail, Hospitality, Automotive, and Federal Government. Our team focuses on building trust and long-lasting relationships with an impressive customer base, including major players in the financial, telecommunication, retail, hospitality, and automotive sectors.

We are looking for Sales professionals who embody a consultative approach, aiming to cultivate a renowned team in enterprise software celebrated for sales excellence, career progression, and a touch of fun.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Director, your main goal is to identify new business opportunities within assigned enterprise organizations in your area. Your responsibilities include:

  • Researching target accounts and creating prospecting campaigns.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of their business and potential synergies.
  • Engaging broadly within enterprise organizations to uncover the full range of opportunities.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to securing deals, including prospecting, leading discovery meetings, forecasting, selling based on value, and closing deals.
  • Collaborating with the sales ecosystem and Medallia Partners to support sales endeavors.
  • Contributing in internal team meetings to coordinate support for opportunities, address customer concerns, exchange best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This position involves individual contributions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of field sales experience in an enterprise software/SaaS setting.
  • A track record of high performance in a quota-carrying sales role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in generating opportunities within significant strategic accounts, including long sales cycles.
  • Proven success in closing large deals at enterprise levels through strategic planning and determination.
  • Experience selling sophisticated business applications/technology solutions at the C-Suite level.
  • History of surpassing sales targets, establishing robust pipelines, and nurturing key accounts.
