The Opportunity:


HKA have an exciting opportunity for an influential and forward thinking Finance Business Partner, this is an integral role supporting our newly-merged EMEA Finance team based in our UK Corporate Head office in Warrington.


Role Requirements:

  • Supporting the production of regional budgets, forecasts, order books and pipeline in conjunction with the regional management team to support the financial performance of the EMEA business.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the preparation of weekly and monthly KPI analysis to support Operational Management Team.
  • Collaborating with Continent Heads, Service Line leads and Support Function Leads to provide additional financial analysis to support local strategy.
  • Supporting on due diligence for any local M&A activity.
  • Supporting the business in the production and evaluation of proposals.
  • Create active partnerships that provide realtime support and analysis.
  • Become a trusted adviser focused on adding value to the business.

Skills and Experience:

Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • ACA qualified or equivalent.
  • 3+ years QBE.
  • An ability to understand your audience, to analyse data and to deliver information in a clear and userfriendly manner.
  • The ability to influence and motivate senior stakeholders through building strong professional relationships.
  • Willingness to embrace and support change.
  • Efficient with the ability to multitask, manage deadlines and workload.
  • Knowledge and understanding of a professional services business would be an advantage.
