In this role, you will oversee clinical operations across three nursing homes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to the residents.

The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with the NMC, possess extensive experience in a nursing home setting, and demonstrate expertise in dementia care.


Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and support to nursing staff across multiple locations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in clinical care.
Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and care needs.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident requirements.
Provide training and guidance to staff on dementia care techniques and protocols.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance resident outcomes.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered, implementing improvements as necessary

Requirements:
Registered Nurse with the (NMC).
Proven experience working in a nursing home environment.
Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel between locations.
Expertise in dementia care and knowledge of best practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to delivering compassionate care to residents and their families
