To collect venepuncture supplies / equipment To prioritise workload To provide advice, support, guidance and information to individuals where appropriate, escalating concerns to the General Practitioner, Registered Nurse or Registered therapist as appropriate Maintains accurate and contemporaneous Delivery of interventions delegated by registrant i.e. Undertake observations and escalate as appropriate, provision of personal care and support, installation of patient specific eye and ear drops, INR near patient testing and assistance with double handed visits. Inputs and records activity and outcomes to meet contractual Participates in Trust audit programmes Participates in the Trust Supervision Participates in induction and orientation programmes of new Participates in training and education programmes for staff, students and others as required. Contributes to the efficient working of the Community team, including specific clerical duties and delivery, cleaning and inventory of medical equipment / devices/ dressings as appropriate.

Participates in clinic sessions, as appropriate
