As Nursery Bank Staff, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our nursery team during busy periods or when additional staff are required.

This flexible role allows you to work on a part-time or temporary basis, making it ideal for students, parents, or individuals seeking a rewarding career in childcare.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the daily care and supervision of children aged 0-5 years.
Engage in age-appropriate activities and play to stimulate children's development.
Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Collaborate with the nursery team to follow routines and implement planned activities.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with children and promoting their development.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one.
Experience in a childcare setting is preferred but not essential.
