We are currently partnering with a leading global real estate and facilities solutions firm to find a Senior Facilities Director for a prominent corporate firm.

With a presence across the United States and the United Kingdom, our client is renowned for providing top-tier services to corporate clients worldwide.

As a Senior Facilities Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing the firm's facilities strategically, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning with the firm's objectives.

Develop and execute facility management strategies to ensure the smooth operation of the law firm's facilities across multiple global locations.

Ensure compliance with national, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards relevant to corporate law firms.
Lead the formulation of operational plans and playbooks to optimize facility performance and resource allocation.
Conduct regular inspections of all firm facilities, documenting findings and addressing maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Manage capital improvement projects, including cost analysis and coordination of implementation across global offices.
Evaluate and oversee contracts with external service providers to maintain service quality and cost-effectiveness.
Provide leadership and training to facilities staff, emphasizing best practices, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the firm's strategic goals and enhance the overall workplace experience for employees.

Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field; Minimum of eight years of experience in facilities management, preferably within a corporate environment.

In-depth knowledge of facility management principles, regulations, and best practices, with experience managing facilities in both the US and UK preferred.

Proven leadership abilities, including experience managing teams and overseeing complex projects.
Familiarity with budget management, financial analysis, and contract negotiation.
Relevant certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or equivalent are desirable.
