Insight Lead | Brand Design Agency

An exciting opportunity awaits you as an INSIGHTS LEAD, where you will be embedded directly within the walls of a distinguished global design agency. This unique role leverages AI tech to elevate the insights process, significantly boosting the effectiveness of brand and marketing strategies for an array of top-tier clients.

Ideally, this role suits you if you're currently working/running an INSIGHT function within a brand design or advertising agency.

As the dedicated in-house INSIGHT expert for the brand design agency while being employed by their tech startup partner (ask me about this partnership), your primary role here will be to bridge advanced AI-led insights with the creative agency's day-to-day operations.

You will be responsible for nurturing integral relationships across various agency departments—from strategy and creative to account and project management—ensuring all research and insights needs are meticulously met. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships, not only within the agency but also with key clients, advocating the extensive capabilities of the agency's insight partner's technology.

You should bring at least 5+ years of experience in insights or market research management within a global brand or advertising/creative agency, showcasing a strategic and hands-on approach to market research and insights. Quant research skills are essential, but a mixed methods approach will be ideal

You've managed people in your past roles and are excited about building the team around you (the UK and potentially the US in the future). A strategic mindset and hands-on experience managing complex research projects and translating research into strategy are essential.

Your strong background in brand and creative testing, particularly in the FMCG sector, is essential, along with adept project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
