We are seeking an Apprentice to join our team and embark on a journey to develop skills in Customer Relationship Management systems and business administration.
The role is based in Cannock and is full time.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Provide prompt, proactive administration support.
- Maintain, check and update data in the CRM system
- Maintain confidentiality of information acquired.
- Provide technical support remotely and onsite, including troubleshooting with assistance from the Head of Digital Services.
- Assist with CRM projects
- Manage the CRM system Inbox
- Run reports from the CRM
- Support all teams with office administration when required.
Qualifications:
- Somebody who is looking to develop and create a career in CRM platforms
- Somebody who is willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent Telephone manner
- Wanting to learn and improve their knowledge
- Strong communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Enthusiastic, numeric, logical and with a drive to succeed.
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office Excel.
You will be require to complete all tasks allocated during dedicated tutor led meetings and gather any on the job evidence needed to supplement your studies.
The apprenticeship is 12-18 months and therefore, full commitment is require.Our normal working hours are between 9am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (Business hours)
