Customer Communications - Assurance Manager
Salary £35,000 - £40,000.

Is excited for a new challenge? We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic people leader to shape and drive Communications testing and review for UK GI.

This is a new role within the GI Customer Communications Solutions leadership team and would suitsomeone with a passion for driving the right customer outcomes.

Attention to detail and a determination to inspire and influence others are key.

A bit about the job:


The GI Customer Communications team are responsible for the regulatory governance, change and control of all transactional customer communications across UKGI spanning multiple business lines and products.

Allowing you to demonstrate and expand your knowledgeof risk management principles and product groups.

This new role will involve leading a small team dedicated to managing the new Consumer Duty communications testing and review processes.

As a member of the leadership team, you will face into stakeholders across the business ensuring that we not only complyand evidence effective process but influence the business to deliver communications that are clear fair and not misleading for all customers.

You'll need to be enthusiastic, organised, and comfortable to ask questions and seek answers.

Your team will look to you as a role model, providing priority guidance and direction, managing a broad portfolio of activity.

Aviva uses "smart-working", and the person in this role can be based anywhere commutable to;
Norwich, Eastleigh, Glasgow, Perth, Sheffield, Bristol and York.



Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Experience working with external agencies and suppliers. Comfortable building working relationships with external suppliers.
  • Experience of MI and reporting. Able to shape and deliver reporting on customer testing including progress tracking and trend analysis.
  • Understanding, of risk and governance methodologies, ideally including experience of Operational Risk Control.
  • Able to lead others. Ability to inspire and lead a high performing technical team
  • Strong communicator. Comfortable driving change and influencing stakeholders to deliver the best customer outcome

What you'll get for this role:

  • Salary £35,000
  • £40,000
    (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
