Senior FP&A Manager

Our client, a highly acquisitive organisation with a solid strategy for growth and innovation, is seeking a proactive Senior FP&A Manager enthusiastic about data and generating valuable MI insights to join their skilled team.

As the FP&A Senior Manager, you will report to the Head of Group FP&A and oversee various FP&A aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, and end-of-month reporting for boards, investors, and lenders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop insightful reports, both Group and Divisional, emphasizing KPIs and business intelligence
  • Manage all lender reporting, including business presentations to meet covenant requirements
  • Oversee investor reporting, offering key insights into Group performance and addressing queries
  • Prepare necessary board presentations and documents
  • Lead and mentor the FP&A analyst, providing guidance and support
  • Assist the M&A team with acquisitions, integrations, and alignment with reporting standards
  • Handle budgeting and forecasting cycles, collaborating with Divisions to ensure optimal systems
  • Enhance the reporting system continuously
  • Analyze and comment on actuals during month-end reporting
  • Work with Divisions to standardize and enhance reporting practices
  • Contribute to developing and evaluating the Group's KPIs
  • Assist in various projects to help the team achieve its goals

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven FP&A experience
  • Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of systems and report writing
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities in a complex environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a dynamic setting
  • Skilled in presenting financial data clearly
