Summary:
You will use your effective listening and questioning skills, alongside a comprehensive understanding of our product range to provide customers with a timely and suitable resolution to their needs.

Education and Experience:
- Experience in a customer service environment and call centre is essential; ideally within the retail industry.
- Polite and courteous telephone manner is a key requirement with an essential requirement of patience.
- Able to multitask effectively to ensure specified objectives are met.
- Confident and positive approach to delivering excellent customer service in ensuring customers experience the best possible user journey.
- Strong problem solving skills and able to quickly understand new products, to support delivery of excellent service.
- Track record of meeting structured KPIs and delivery of preagreed targets.
- Selfdisciplined, motivated and committed to delivering shared business objectives.
- Experience in Microsoft Office is advantageous i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook.
