Customer Service Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Greenbean in Lytham. As a key member of our call centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their savings accounts and personal information
  • Work effectively with internal systems to deliver outstanding customer care
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience or call centre background
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to pass a credit check and DBS check
