What you'll do

Vodafone UK is looking for a dynamic and highly organised professional to support our corporate affairs team as a team assistant. The role will be varied and will include supporting on the organisation of key projects across external comms, sustainability, government affairs and regulatory, as well as diary management, events support, report coordination, team activities and internal and external meetings.

Knowledge of corporate affairs isn't necessary – what we need is someone who can build relationships internally and collaborate with the many departments we work with, is super organised and has a passion for learning.

Work closely with the Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Leadership Team to ensure that the leadership is taking a joined up approach on regulatory, policy, government and media responses across key issues Work closely with colleagues in Government Affairs, Sustainable Business and Reg to ensure the teams are collaborating effectively across key programmes of work Assist in the coordination of external stakeholder events and relationships to manage an organised and joined up external comms and policy approach. Assist in team reporting to senior stakeholders within the business
