We are looking for an E-Learning Developer to join a team focused on Maritime Digital Training. This role can be done remotely, but there is also an option to work from offices in London.

The E-Learning Developer will be responsible for creating captivating digital content such as graphics, animations, videos, and e-learning materials. You will develop courses covering various topics in the maritime industry for the company's catalogue and collaborate with clients to deliver tailored training solutions.

Reporting to the Development and Compliance Manager, you will closely work with instructional design and motion graphic design teams.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
  • Advanced knowledge of Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with learning management systems
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with varying complexities and deadlines
  • Effective communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Understanding of different software solutions and the ability to make informed decisions
  • Self-motivation and a commitment to quality and process enhancements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Designing and developing engaging, SCORM-compliant e-learning courses
  • Updating existing e-learning materials as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Participating in course design
  • Creating 2D and 3D graphics and animations
  • Designing layouts and content structure
  • Incorporating interactive elements and assessments
  • Producing audio content using voiceover software
  • Adhering to branding guidelines
  • Managing the asset library
  • Testing courses on the internal LMS
