Charles Hurst is on the hunt for a Motability Specialist to come and join their fantastic team at Charles Hurst.

You've heard it here firstwe are the place to be when it comes to Motability (with 30% of our sales within the Motability sector)

In role you will be contracted to 44 hours per week working; Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (09:00-17:30), Thursday (09:00-20:00), Friday (09:00-17:00) and Saturday (09:00-15:00 on a rota basis).

To start the year with a BANG Charles Hurst, Kia have already had an impressive 67 Motability orders throughout the month of January.

Sowe're looking for someone who is ready to roll their sleeves up and really hit the ground running.

A large part of this role involves developing lasting relationships with each one of our customers; you will become a specialist in Motability products We aren't necessarily looking for the finished product (or even someone with Motability expertise) however, it is important that you're a quick learner and are able to take our Motability customers through a knowledgeable buying process with honesty and enthusiasm.

We are really looking for a people person who is there to support our customers and make their buying process as smooth and as stress-free as possible.

Our ideal Motability Specialist will have a passion for growth and development tailoring their approach to the individual customers' requirements and offer solutions appropriate to their specific circumstances.

You'll keep in regular contact with our Motability customers, managing them even once they have moved on to dealing with our service team, therefore building, and maintaining long term relationships You will be a super organised individual who takes pride in their work, customer focused as well as target driverwe are looking for a well-rounded individual who has a passion for Motability
