Suggesting enjoying dinner with us or offering a beverage or dessert as you assist with table service, ensuring a diverse and welcoming experience for all guests.
Deputising for the Hostel/Deputy Manager, managing the daily hostel operation in their absence.

What Skills and Experience We Value

Our Duty Manager role requires flexibility to cover different shifts and tasks. While prior experience in a face-to-face customer service role is an advantage, it's not essential. However, experience in hospitality or customer service, especially in managing and delivering high-quality service, is highly beneficial.

Desirable qualifications include Food Safety Level 2 and APLH Level 2, but they are not mandatory. Essential requirements include experience in managing varying pressures, including significant workload demands, and team management.

We highly value lived experiences just as much as previous skills and knowledge. We offer a comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and further development. While some of our roles may have specific skills requirements, we encourage team members from diverse backgrounds to apply.

Good communication skills and basic IT proficiency are advantageous, and excellent time management is essential in our dynamic environment.
