Venue for Interview - White Rose House**An
opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a Business Support Administrator within
the Generic Business Support Services Team working full time on reception at
White Rose House.

We
require a confident, motivated person with good communication and customer care
skills. Main duties include meeting and greeting customers, post distribution, stocktaking/stationery
orders and taking phone calls from internal/external customers. You will also provide administrative support
to various operational staff including word processing and data input. Training
will be given to the appointed person.

The successful applicant must be reliable, a team player, have excellent
customer care skills and have experience in word processing, Excel
workload, be conscientious, well-organised, have the ability to work
unsupervised and be flexible in your approach.

You must respect the need for
confidentiality of personal information and have knowledge of Data Protection,
Equalities and Inclusion and Health and Safety requirements of working within
an office environment.
