***We are currently looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Sommelier to join our Wine Team at our award-winning hotel, Lime Wood.
As part of our food and beverage team our Sommeliers play an important role within our restaurant and bar service.
We offer an extensive wine list to our guests, from wines across the world, local British produce to our very own offering.
We have a large traditional vaulted ceiling wine cellar, a real treat for any wine buff
As Sommelier you will be developing your knowledge of wines whilst working on the floor during our vibrant restaurant service.
You will be interacting with guests, pairing wines from our traditional cellar, and providing recommendations to ensure a memorable dining experience.
Through in role training you will build your knowledge of local and international brands and start to build relationships with existing and new suppliers.
Experience in a similar role is preferred, plus WSET or equivalent qualifications.
