Key responsibilities:
- Delivering first class customer experience.
- Take inbound calls from customers
- Make outbound calls to follow up and offer our new and existing products with our customers.
- Managing complaints to avoid escalation
- Advising of products and services, upselling, and providing general information.
- Go the "extra mile" to meet customer needs.
- Consistently striving to achieve sales and call targets whilst always maintaining quality.
- Maintain customer information in the Company database.
- Accurately process customer orders and payments.
- Manage customer enquiries, resolve account queries effectively.
- Preserve the company's excellent reputation.
