Playing a vital role, you will lead the Systems Engineering process adhering to company and global standards, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers.

Main role:

Join our engineering team to deliver innovative solutions to our global clientele. This customer-centric Systems Engineering role entails collaboration with internal teams and clients to meet customer needs through use case analysis, system design, interface specifications, testing, and more. You will receive continuous support and training to enhance your skills and succeed in this role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years' Systems Engineering experience
  • Proficiency in technical writing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and manage technical development
  • Willingness to travel internationally and learn new technologies

Experience in managing engineers, UK Defence projects, and familiarity with various standards is advantageous but not mandatory. Ideally, candidates hold a degree in Systems Engineering or related field with a software engineering focus.
