Sinclair is currently seeking an Office Administrator to provide support to the Legal and Compliance teams with general administrative tasks.

Located at Hybrid working 3 days in the office 2 at home, Lakeside, Chester Business Park, Cheshire, CH4 9QT.

Job Description:

  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties
  • Proactive attitude
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Stakeholder management skills (tracking documents/information and managing expectations)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Sharepoint (particularly Word and Excel)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling work received from the business globally, distributing it within the team, and conducting weekly work allocation calls
  • Managing invoices from external providers
  • Updating the external lawyers' advice, costs, and contact records
  • Aiding in drafting template contracts under the supervision of team lawyers
  • Assisting in creating presentations and training materials
  • Performing general administrative duties like email management, organization of shared files, document formatting, photocopying, printing, and mailing
  • Coordinating document signatures using tools like DocuSign, and arranging for document legalization/notarization when necessary
  • Supporting administrative tasks related to the business's trademark portfolio such as filing certificates and obtaining evidence of use
  • Potential for role expansion based on performance, including tasks like legal research
