Job Opportunity:Sr/Regional Executive, Warranty (Cost Planning & Support)

Job Type: Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

  • Responsible for tabulating and reporting monthly warranty support costs across Sales Companies and Product categories.
  • Responsible for Budget Planning and Forecast for warranty support costs.
  • Analyze reasons for gaps between Actual spending vs Planning.
  • Responsible for data update and maintenance in warranty cost recording systems (TM1, SAP).

Support Extended Warranty function.

  • Support the setup of extended warranty packages and prices for products.
  • Support respective Business Units Go-To-Market strategies with the right, compliant, and efficient processes.
  • Support extended warranty cost and profitability reporting and analysis.
  • Provide prompt support to the management and team for any other assignments/duties required based on business needs.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Timely submission of AS cost monthly/BP/FC reporting to Finance.
  • Provide quality review/analysis/reporting of Warranty costs.
  • Ensure ESCs and Product Group cost ratio are actualized to target.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business/Finance/Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of after-sales service experience, especially within the scope of cost forecast/management and extended warranty related functions.
  • Strong data analysis skills, especially dealing with cost/profit.
  • Good collaboration, communication (verbal/written), and presentation skills.
  • Possess problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Dashboard (Power BI/Lumira).
  • Working experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
