We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in London to join our Commercial Team This role involves managing and overseeing contractual, financial, and commercial activities for our projects in the Water sector.

  • Lead a team of surveyors to ensure best practices are followed and key deliverables are met.
  • Participate in pre-award activities such as tender reviews and advising on procurement strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects and frameworks from pre-award to completion.
  • Prepare and analyze commercial reports for internal and client use.
  • Track project payment statuses and report to management.

Requirements:

  • RICS recognized qualification in Surveying, Construction, or Engineering.
  • Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
  • Experience in commercial strategies, procurement, cost reporting, project management, and negotiation.
  • Ability to manage a team and hold a UK Driving Licence.
