As the HR Manager, you will oversee all HR functions, support recruitment, conduct training programs, and manage the employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in fostering a positive company culture and excellent customer service, in alignment with our core values.

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and training is necessary for consideration.

Position Overview:

  • Supervising key HR functions including employee relations, administration, recruitment, employee engagement, and onboarding
  • Assisting managers with disciplinary actions, grievances, and absences
  • Maintaining staff records in the HR system
  • Managing the monthly wellbeing newsletter
  • Serving as the primary contact for new hires and managers
  • Handling disciplinary processes and grievances
  • Keeping updated on HR best practices and labor laws

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of HR, recruitment, and training experience
  • CIPD certification
  • Ability to work independently in an HR role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in employment laws and best practices
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment

  • Salary around £40,000 per year
  • Part-time role, 22.5 hours per week
