Job Title: Product Development Manager
- Lead product development and change initiatives within the NPD team, focusing on creating bakery products such as gluten-free mixes, oat bars, and cereals.
- Manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring timelines are met.
- Administer the stage-gate process for projects and collaborate with teams to progress developments.
- Conduct kitchen trials, taste panels, and evaluations for new products.
- Oversee the creation of product development briefs and manage project timelines.
General Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain clear records of recipe progression and project evaluations.
- Create critical paths, conduct taste panels, and manage project timelines.
- Compile bill of materials, schedule taste panels, and benchmark projects against competitors.
- Write customer-specific specifications and maintain quality contracts.
EDUCATION
