About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and launching insurance products that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Service Delivery teams to drive business growth and success.
  • Translate business strategy into product strategy, ensuring alignment with our company's goals.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, featuring key product enhancements and launches.
  • Plan and execute product launches, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
  • Monitor product profitability and commercial success, providing insights to stakeholders and marketing teams.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform product development and strategy.
  • Write and manage customer and feature requirements, ensuring alignment with product vision.
  • Manage in-life products, including feedback, issues, and customer support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Insurance Broker, Insurance Consultant, or in a similar role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales and customer service.
  • Experience in policy administration, underwriting, or claims handling.
  • In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and its trends.
  • Insurance qualifications like Cert CII or higher (desirable).
