What is the job role?
We are looking to recruit to a Senior Estates Surveyor post. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of properties across the key sectors & beyond. You will also be responsible for the income generation on your estates and must be able to undertake all aspects of lease advisory.
Other duties include:
Managing retail and industrial estates. Leasing & Letting Landlord & Tenant/ All aspects of lease advisory; lease renewals/ rent reviews/ consents under lease/ Landlord & Tenant Act PII Familiar with Property Management Systems. Understanding of Statutory compliance and general Property managementWho are we looking for?
To apply for this role, you will be a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with significant experience in commercial property management.
You will someone who can effectively guide and support a team of members and external contractors with varied backgrounds and experiences, stepping in as needed to ensure inclusivity and collaboration.
You should be committed to upholding the City Councils reputation as a leading landlord within the city, whilst maximising returns, preserving the fabric of the assets and make certain compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety.
