Finance Clerk

will include but limited to the following;

• Processing approved subcontractor certificates and invoices in line with business unit approval guide
• Processing of authenticated VAT receipts
• Dealing with commercial teams for CIS tax purposes and establishing labour and material content for payment
• Support Commercial and operation teams across the business with the supply of information
• Process AP and subcontract invoices within the Domestic Reverse Charge rule
• Data collection on the trade of goods for Intrastat purposes
• Dealing with the process of returned Invoices
• Scanned documents checking and carrying out the weekly Filing
• Assisting with process and system improvements as an SME
• Ad Hoc duties that are applicable to the Accounts Payable function

About you:

• Accounts Payable subcontract certificate processing experience (desired)
• Accounts Payable supplier invoice processing experience (required)
• Construction sector experience (required)
• GCSE Maths and English C Grade or above (or equivalent) (required)
