Finance Clerk

will include but limited to the following;
- Processing approved subcontractor certificates and invoices in line with business unit approval guide
- Processing of authenticated VAT receipts
- Dealing with commercial teams for CIS tax purposes and establishing labour and material content for payment
- Support Commercial and operation teams across the business with the supply of information
- Process AP and subcontract invoices within the Domestic Reverse Charge rule
- Data collection on the trade of goods for Intrastat purposes
- Dealing with the process of returned Invoices
- Scanned documents checking and carrying out the weekly Filing
- Assisting with process and system improvements as an SME
- Ad Hoc duties that are applicable to the Accounts Payable function

**About you**:

- Accounts Payable subcontract certificate processing experience (desired)
- Accounts Payable supplier invoice processing experience (required)
- Construction sector experience (required)
- GCSE Maths and English C Grade or above (or equivalent) (required)
