This role is based at Potters Resorts Five Lakes, Maldon, CM9 8HX

This role will provide a friendly and efficient service, predominantly to our Golf members, focussing on delivering and maintaining our high standards of customer service.

Skills & Experience;

  • Proven experience in a similar customer facing role
  • Exception guest service skills, confident at building and maintaining a good rapport with our Golf Members and Guests
  • Excellent selling skills, with the ability to upsell and link sell at all times
  • A positive cando attitude with the ability to react quickly and efficiently in dealing ith the daily needs of this busy operation
  • A team player, with the ability to build and develop a positive working relationship with your colleagues
  • The ability to cope well under pressure with a flexible and adaptable approach
Previous experience in a Bar environment is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

Hours of work:

  • Fulltime position, based on 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 (including weekends).
  • Shift patterns will be worked between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
There may be occasions when you will be asked to work later in the evening if there is a function taking place

Rate of pay based upon age*Age 23+ = £10.75 per hour
= £10.50 per hour
= £9.10 per hour
