The Reception Team plays a crucial role as the primary point of contact for our customers, shaping the overall experience from the initial booking to their welcome upon arrival, addressing their needs throughout their stay.

The position requires a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service with a welcoming demeanour. Working closely with various departments is essential to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving.

We are seeking a motivated and hard-working individual who can take the initiative, think on their feet, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Duties will include, but are not exclusive to: -
Welcoming guests to the Holiday Park

Handling payments

Administering online and in-person bookings

Liaising with customers during their stay

This is a year-round, permanent position based on an average 24-hour 3-day week.


The role will entail working a fair share of weekends during the season, spanning from the April to the end of October.

However, during the off-season, working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with the occasional weekends on a rotational basis.


We offer a competitive rate of pay at £12.20 per hour with 28 days' paid holiday per year (including bank holidays) plus generous family discounts on meals and holiday accommodation.
