Job Summary:
Evaluate the student's current level of understanding in English.
Focus on areas where the student needs the most help.
Contribute to the overall ethos, work, and aims of the school.
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized English tutoring to students, helping them improve their language skills and academic performance.
Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions in English.
Develop tailored lesson plans to meet the specific needs of each student.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
The successful candidate will:
Proven experience in teaching or tutoring English.
Strong knowledge of the English curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
Passion for education and helping students succeed.
