ABOUT THE TEAM

The Talent Enablement team plays a crucial role in ensuring the Global Talent team provides incredible experiences for all of those that interact with the Talent lifecycle. Responsible for all Systems, Processes, and TA Marketing that support our Talent Acquisition, Production Talent, Talent Management & Succession, and D&I teams across BBC Studios globally.

THE ROLE

As the first Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist at BBC Studios, you will be responsible for bringing the Pan-BBC Employer Brand & EVP to life within our Global organization. This involves transforming the 'Your BBC' core brand into a valuable asset that positions BBC Studios as a top employer globally. The role is Part-Time, working 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The creation of compelling Content and Copy that showcases our Culture, Values, and Employee Experience.
  • Outreach and Engagement strategy development and management for both physical and digital events.
  • TA Marketing campaign management across various social channels, job boards, etc.
  • Delivering campaigns for all Stakeholder groups throughout the business.
  • Insights, analysis, and provision of market trends and insights related to TA Marketing performance.
  • Championing inclusion and representation in all TA Marketing activities.
  • Coaching and mentoring of our Marketing Apprentice.
  • Experience in Employer Brand, Recruitment Marketing, and/or Communications.
  • Proficiency in driving and measuring results through engaging campaigns that attract candidates and boost internal engagement.
  • Skilled in creating creative assets such as videos, infographics, social media content, and managing virtual/in-person events.
  • Understanding the importance of voice and tone in communications and brand perception.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to industry trends promptly.
  • Experience in managing external agencies, partners, vendors, and/or contractors.

Salary: £60000 pro-rata (plus London Weighting for those with a London office base), dependent on skills, knowledge, and experience.

Location: Flexible/Hybrid - Candidates need to travel to Television Centre, London once a month.
