We are recruiting for experienced Customer Service Advisors, if you are passionate about being sustainable, love to build rapport with customers and have a mathematical mind then this is the job for you

What will I do in the role?

  • Have a positive 'can do' attitude
  • The first point of contact for all customer queries
  • Ability to work to targets
  • Brand ambassador for your client
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation
  • Booking existing customers for oil collections and deliveries
  • Supporting the sales team with new customers

What will my responsibilities be?

  • Taking existing customers orders and booking in collections via outbound call
  • Answering inbound calls with any general queries, feedback or complaints
  • Maintaining existing customer accounts and upselling
  • Negotiating pricing and retaining customer accounts
  • Providing a high level of service whist building lasting relationships with customers
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with the sales team when prospecting new customers and onboarding them correctly
  • Responding to sales emails, website enquires and social media messages professionally
  • Reporting customers feedback, issues and sales performance
  • Keeping customers records up to date with order details on the CRM system ensuring accuracy and efficiency

What do I need?

  • Previous experience working to targets and KPIs in an outbound environment
  • Strong B2B customer service background
  • A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
  • Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate with stakeholders
  • Works well within a team
  • Confident IT skills within Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM software
  • Flexibility, self-motivation, professionalism, proactive approach, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn
  • Great attention to detail and highly organised
  • Be able to calculate simple mathematical problems quickly

Working Hours:

Full time – 20 hours per week

14:00-18:00 Monday to Friday

Location:

Southend-On-Sea office
