Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Corporate Finance to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing our corporate finance activities, including financial planning and analysis, capital budgeting, investment analysis, and strategic financial decision-making. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning and analysis efforts to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance and evaluate investment opportunities.

Oversee the capital budgeting process, including assessing investment proposals, analyzing ROI, and making recommendations to senior management.

Manage the company's cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure to optimize financial performance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support long-term strategic planning.

Lead due diligence efforts for potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory developments that may impact the company's financial position.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related field, with at least 8 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial planning software.

Deep understanding of financial principles, valuation techniques, and corporate finance concepts.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with a track record of driving results and delivering value in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

CFI, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
