Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
  • Train and mentor floor staff on service standards and procedures
  • Assist in food preparation and presentation when needed
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary
  • Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Knowledge of food production processes and food safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
