Exciting Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Senior Account Executive to join our expanding UK sales team. As a Senior Account Executive, your primary focus will be on acquiring new accounts and driving new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for our Internal Communications and Modern Intranet solutions. Throughout the sales process, you'll educate potential clients on our offerings through calls, demos, and tailored presentations. By gaining in-depth insights into client challenges, you'll showcase how our solutions address their needs, resulting in improved employee engagement, enhanced employee Net Promoter Scores (eNPS), and decreased turnover costs.

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Account Executive who can lead by example, inspire their peers, and drive revenue growth. This role is an individual contributor position, directly reporting to the Vice President Sales EMEA. Our work environment blends office and remote setups, with the role based in London.

  • Generating new business opportunities by networking and prospecting within designated accounts and industries
  • Conducting informed meetings with senior HR, Internal Communications, and Marketing executives to showcase the value of Haiilo's solutions
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts in a timely manner
  • Owning the end-to-end sales process, from pipeline management to deal closure
  • Collaborating with internal teams like Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to navigate complex sales cycles efficiently
  • Partnering with Solutions Consultants to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and objectives
  • Developing new business proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts
Your Profile:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS software sales
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing annual sales targets
  • Proven track record of closing multiple six-figure deals within a quota year
  • Proficiency in utilizing the MEDDICC sales methodology
  • Experience in engaging with VP and C-level executives in complex multi-stakeholder environments
  • Prior exposure to the HCM sector (a plus)
