THE ROLES

Bartender

Duties include:

  • Providing high quality service to customers
  • Knowledgeable about drinks.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team
  • Great with time management and memory.
  • Aware of your surrounding
  • Process transactions using the POS system
  • Skilled in mixing, garnishing & serving drinks.
  • Knowledge of inventory on hand, drink mechanics, & drink pricing.
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked & clean.
  • Able to help guests in selecting drinks/food.
  • Track record of taking & delivering orders quickly.
  • Clean, sanitize bar & equipment.
Minimum 1+ years' bar tending experience

Waiting Staff

Duties include:

  • Welcoming and seating customers.
  • Taking orders and leasing with the bar team during service to create a seamless experience.
  • Ability to work in standing positions for long periods of time.
  • Able to safely lift and easily work with trays carrying drink and food.
  • Providing recommendations and responding to customer queries promptly
  • Ability to handle money and be able to work with our POS system.
Minimum 1+ years' experience waitering or working in hospitality venue.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
£7.49-£10.42 per hour
