We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiting Staff Member to join our team at Marston's, a leading premium brand in the hospitality industry.

About the Role

As a Waiting Staff Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our patrons. You will be passionate about making our customers' experiences memorable, and you will have a strong knowledge of our menu and drinks offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage tables and ensure that all customers have a clean and comfortable dining experience.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all customers receive a high level of service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.
