We are looking for an Operations Administrator to provide effective, efficient, timely and professional administrative support to meet customer contract requirement.

Preparing and processing relevant documents. This role will be Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and will offer a salary of 24,740 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
Dealing with customer queries about returns orders and refunds.
Ensure that all all-relevant reports are sent to the customer at the agreed times
Effectively investigate customer queries in relation to returns and credits undertaking appropriate root cause analysis and a problem-solving approach to identify and resolve issues
Escalating potential contentious or disputed issues to the Line Manager /stakeholder at the earliest opportunity.
Raising any perceived or actual problems with line manager at the earliest opportunity to effect timely resolution
To ensure all customer records and spreadsheets are updated and shared in accordance with departmental procedures
To share best practice with all members of the team to ensure where possible all procedures are operated consistently
Subject to training, support other members of the team \ contracts as necessary to ensure that all customers receive the same level of service
Build and sustain a good working relationship with all stakeholders, ensuring a professional standard of communication in a timely manner, building trust confidence
Using problem solving and continuous improvement techniques, constantly look for procedural improvement that will drive efficiency or customer satisfaction

Good, strong communication skills and telephone manner
Highly organised
Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Good IT skills -MS office and excel.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
