We are currently looking for a Team Manager for a well-known company in the auto industry specializing in accident replacement vehicles all over Australia.
Schedule:
- 3 nights on, 3 nights off (30 hours per week)
Operating Hours:
- Monday to Sunday, 10pm to 8am (10-hour shifts)
Role of a Team Manager:
The main goal of this position is to achieve key performance indicators, both Hard and Soft, by motivating and guiding your team. It's a role that drives progress by enhancing the team's skills and behaviors.
The Team Manager will work closely with other Team Leaders and the Training Manager to ensure sales objectives are met.
Responsibilities of a Team Manager:
- Develop and implement success plans for the team and individuals
- Monitor performance daily and identify areas for improvement
- Assess team's skill levels and provide necessary support for success
- Assist in personal development planning
- Inspire teams through leadership and creative engagement
- Provide individual coaching for excellence
- Address individual performance barriers
- Track and analyze team effectiveness, customer experience, and skill levels
