Trainee Credit Controller

This position will be involve being on the phones quite a fair bit, so we are looking for someone who is quite confident when liaising with customers and clients.
We are also looking for someone who is quite organised and diligent in the way that they carrythemselves in the work place.
Additionally, the successful person will need to be quite competent on excel as this position manages a lot of the data within Microsoft Excel.
Ideally, you will:
- Have experience from a customer service role where you dealt with customer's payments, either chasing payments, taking payments, allocating payments, organising payment plans or a mixture of the bunch.
- Be immediately available or on a short notice period.
- Have strong communication skills which are useful when making and maintaining client relationships, as well as being a fun and positive addition to the finance team.
- Be confident on excel as this position heavily uses Microsoft excel to manage their data.
In return, you will:
- Start working immediately in a role which is a temporary to permanent opportunity, this will give you the chance to get your foot in the door with limited experience and grow from there.
- Be able to create and build on some credit control skill sets.
