As part of this successful housing group, we are the innovative construction and trading business known as Three Sixty SHG Ltd.

We have formed and grown since inception back in 2016, with a pipeline of capital works projects, new build and other externalrefurbishment & alterations projects.

Three Sixty has the vision to design, build, refurbish and regenerate places to improve economic and social outcomes for people.


We're currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to provide effective commercial delivery and cost control of projects from inception to completion.

Tendering & estimating and project delivery.

We build, refurbish, maintain, manage and regenerate places to improve economic and social outcomes. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team.


The ultimate purpose of the Quantity Surveyor is to provide effective cost management and ensure projects are completed within budget.

You will be involved in supply chain procurement, tendering and estimating, managing monthly project cost and producingreports.

Along with this you will provide advice to the management team, ensuring the commercial targets are achieved; related to project cost, quality and programme.

You will provide commercial expertise in the delivery of each contract and implement whereverpossible value engineering solutions and strategy to optimise profit and efficiency for the business.

You will produce accurate monthly cost value reports for each project assigned.

  • Good understanding of the construction industry with extensive experience in a similar role
  • Have demonstrable experience of and ability in commercial acumen, financial planning and budget management
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Provide evidence of having completed a registered training programme, to obtain a RICS recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying
  • Demonstrate experience of working with electronic accounting systems, Frameworks and traditional tendering and estimating methods.
  • Have an understanding of financial reporting, contractual terms and conditions (JCT/NEC) and statutory requirements.
  • Thrive on pressure, being resilient and energetic.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate experience and knowledge to prepare estimates and tender documents for submission.


This is a hands-on role, so we're looking for a team player who can easily adapt to new priorities or projects, whilst meeting agreed deadlines.

You'll be keen to develop your skills and grow with the team and company, demonstrating patience and a positiveapproach to change.
