Responsibilities:

  • Client Site Reviews: Initiate the technical alignment process by conducting thorough client site reviews. Identify gaps and areas where standards might be out of alignment.
  • Technology Alignment: Serve as the primary technician to review all portals, determining best practices for deployment and use. Consistently review portals to ensure standards remain in alignment.
  • Onboarding and Security Bundle: Assist in onboarding new clients, setting up our security bundle, and managing projects impacting the entire client base, such as a toolset change.
  • Change Management: Field requests related to potential change management issues. Review all options, with a focus on reducing interaction for live technicians and preventing problems.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in network administration or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's or Associates Degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Willingness to focus on continued education through various certifications.
  • Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and specifications.
  • Understanding of the importance of standards and aligning clients' technology with best practices.
  • Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Ability to translate IT language to business stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 5 years of MSP experience.
